"නේපල්ස් ඇකඩමියේ අපි, අධ්‍යාපනය ජීවිත කාලය පුරාම පවතින බවත්, එය ඉගෙන ගන්නන් සහ අධ්‍යාපනඥයින් යන දෙඅංශයෙන්ම ආශ්වාදජනක , ප්‍රබෝධමත් සහ සිතීමට පොළඹවන ක්‍රියාවලියක්විය යුතු බව  විශ්වාස කරමු.

එබැවින් අපි කුඩා කණ්ඩායම් පන්ති වලට සීමා වෙමින්, අන්තර්ක්‍රියාකාරී වැඩමුළු පවත්වමින්, නවීන තාක්‍ෂණය භාවිතා කරමින්, ඉගෙන ගන්නන්ට එකිනෙකා සමඟ අන්තර් ක්‍රියා කිරීමට සහ ඉගෙනීමට අවස්ථා නිර්මාණය කරමින්, තාක්‍ෂණයට මෙන්ම විභාගයක් ඉලක්ක කර නොගත් නර්තනය වැනි ලලිත කලාවන්ට සමාන ප්‍රමුඛත්වයක් ලබා දෙන්නෙමු"
